What we are looking for:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, or Business Management.
  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
  • Valid passport for access to Schengen countries.
  • Proficiency in navigating global business dynamics.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional skills in improving stakeholder satisfaction and driving profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading standards.
  • A peopleoriented leader, passionate about motivating and training a successful and a productive team.
  • A Handson attitude, fueled by a Can-Do Sprit.
  • Relevant experience in a luxurious Hotel Property Group is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develops and executes bespoke Strategic plans that seamlessly align with the company goals and objectives.
  • Conducts indepth Financial Analyses to pinpoint opportunities for growth, cost optimisation and meticulous risk mitigation.
  • Oversee business operations with focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to financial best practices.
  • Undertakes comprehensive market research and analysis to identify upcoming trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for global expansion.
  • Collaborates with Stakeholders to craft budgets, forecasts, and industry leading financial models that underpin strategic decision making.
  • Assess and manages business risks with a discerning eye, providing recommendations for remarkable risk mitigation strategies.
  • Defines and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meticulously track the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Fosters collaboration across various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to organisational goals.
  • Ensures strict compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, maintaining a gold standard.
  • Articulates strategic plans, progress, and outcomes with eloquence to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leads and mentors a team, cultivating a resultsdriven work environment with a nextlevel and disruptive mindset.
  • Identifies and implements initiatives for process improvements, elevating the overall efficiency.
