• About the roleAs a rapidly growing SaaS company, Thynk recently signed new clients in the Middle-East and needs to expand the team in the region to support our customers on any technical challenges. As our first Technical Project Manager you will lead project delivery in the Middle East and be a Business Partner, reporting to our Head of Professional Services.

Overall you will be supporting us to deliver our ambitious business targets for 2023 and beyond, and lead our efforts to position Thynk to achieve our long-term growth plans.

As our Technical Project Manager at Thynk, you will:

Contribute as an individual contributor to large projects in a strong, fully remote team and be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.

In this role, you will :

– Deliver projects:

Salesforce configuration, Hotel technology integration, process automation, document generation, and reporting– Drive multiple projects at the same time– Apply and improve project methodology– Bring technical expertise, and project management skills– Operate in an international environment with projects across Europe– Cope with both business and technical customer counterparts– Understand customer business requirements, ROI, and customer business processes,-Advise customers on data-driven decision-making, reports, and dashboards.– Deliver technical pre-sales, demos, and workshops.

About youYou will be a great fit if you have :
– 1+ years of experience in technical project management, in enterprise-grade, business-critical environments– Salesforce administration certificationBonus point if you have :– Arabic speaking– Hospitality backgroundWhat you can expect :We will provide the best IT equipment of your choice (Apple or Windows)
