    Customer Service Representative – Al Futtaim Logistics Al-Futtaim Logistics is a leading Supply Chain Management company in Dubai, UAE, with our major shareholder being one of the largest business houses in the lower Gulf region.

    Al-Futtaim logistics, started as a small warehouse for Al-Futtaim products about 25 years ago, and has developed over the years into one of the largest logistics service providers in the UAE.

    We have nearly 500 people on our diverse team from 20 different countries.

    We offer superior pan-Arab supply chain management solutions including warehousing and distribution, freight forwarding as well as IT solutions and Supply Chain Design and Consulting.

    The company has an international network of offices and agents for overseas freight and warehousing and distribution centers in all major UAE cities and ports.

    We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to ensure that daily customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all freezone rules and regulations.


    The key responsibilities are as follows:

    • Inbound and Outbound system functionality - GR & GI accuracy
    • Inbound and Outbound documentation - accuracy in customs documentation
    • Reporting - accurately updating of all internal reports and in agreed time
    • Customer Service - increasing the customers confidence
    • Inventory Controls - PI counts & subsequent system transaction
    To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills/experience:* At least 1 year experience within a customer service role
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Good communication skills both written and oral - in English language compulsory.
    • Be prepared to work in shifts or additional hours depending on customer requirement.
    • Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus.
    • An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing excellent service to our customers.
    • Excellent telephonic etiquettes is essential.
    • Degree educated compulsory.
    • Working knowledge in MS office, especially excel and preferably in any WMS system.
