MEP Project Manager - Dubai

Job summary
Oversee the coordination between mechanical electrical and plumbing disciplines to ensure seamless integration into the project Manage project schedules ensuring timely delivery of all MEP systems while adhering to budget constraints Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve any technical issues that may arise Prepare and present detailed reports on project status highlighting milestones challenges and solutions Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including architects engineers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals Implement and enforce MEP project management protocols striving for continuous improvement in processes outcomes Ensure effective management of resources including labor materials equipment optimize productivity Develop risk management strategies identify assess mitigate potential risks associated with MEP systems Lead mentor junior team members fostering collaborative environment focused professional development knowledge sharing.
