About your role and responsibilities:

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility of developing new business models together with your venture team, from ideation, validation to building meaningful solutions in an entrepreneurial fashion
  • Lead and execute excellent validation and optimisation experiments in early venture phases, and drive strategically meaningful measures with high autonomy
  • Define and implement growth strategies for your ventures using a variety of Sales and Marketing tactics in later venture stages
  • Generate high quality data sets from potential customers and clients to shape the venture, the solution as well as your acquisition strategy for maximum traction
  • Scale successful ventures with convincing traction into broader target audiences and new markets with outstanding success
  • Build all relevant digital touchpoints as well as high end Sales and Marketing material
  • Optimize your acquisition strategy, experiments and campaigns to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs in addition to maximizing the CLTV
  • Drill into data and translate it to actionable insights, continuously looking for new growth opportunities for your venture
  • Define, validate and monitor the most meaningful KPIs of your venture as well as your acquisition and retention programs
  • Excel with your strong skills in stakeholder management and communication with ease
  • Go the extra mile when necessary during intense venture phases, and when your colleagues need strong guidance and mentoring
  • Drive the development and continuous improvement of the entire Growth team. As a Senior, you are a role model for the team and provide ongoing impact on methodology

About you:


  • Proven track record as the sole owner of the Growth / Sales role of B2B / B2B2C business models with focus on
    entrepreneurial personalities:
  • Exceptional level of business acumen, with profound knowledge in business model metrics
  • Very strong strategic capabilities especially in regards to Sales and G2M
  • Excellent skills in both experimental and optimization Growth techniques paired with a Growth hacker mindset
  • Masterful understanding of relevant and opportunistic tactics across the customer lifecycle
  • Masterful driver of inbound and outbound tactics with relevant framework exposure, e.g. ABM
  • Broad knowledge of relevant business and sales/marketing related fields
  • Focus on the entire customer lifecycle from awareness to retention
  • High level of independence and result orientation
  • Natural affinity for data analysis, general analytics, reporting and datadriven deductions
  • Familiarity with working with hypotheses and OKRs in a targetoriented manner
  • Strong bias towards getting things done efficiently
  • University degree and 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years of experience in a fastpaced environment like high growth startups, or founding experience
  • Exceptional work ethic, flexibility, communication skills with a big appetite to grow professionally and personally
  • Experience in collaborating effectively with high performing teams as well as with mentoring and enabling colleagues
  • You have a handson mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must

Bonus points if you have:

  • First hand experience as a (co)founder of a startup, ideally paired with building and leading a high impact (Growth) team
  • Strong delivery on high responsibility / accountability roles with limited to no guidance
  • Working experience in a fast paced and ever changing environment with high degrees of uncertainty
  • Relevant track record in working in interdisciplinary and autonomous teams
  • Deep knowledge of common B2B sales tools incl. CRMs and business networks
  • Further interdisciplinary experience in relevant (pre) seed stages of
