    Job Description

    • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Nativex's products, structure and ad inventory.
    • Establishes and closely monitors short and long-term revenue goals, taking action as needed to ensure that key sales, revenue, and profit targets are achieved.
    • Be in charge of the entire sales process from finding the relevant sales leads to closing the deal with them and scale up the activity.
    • Able to build up and lead team of sales by providing coaching, mentoring and training on sales strategy.
    • Proactively identify and assess strategic options and opportunities, and stay curious and updated regarding the current products, inventories available in the company and trends in the industry.
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives.
    • Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.

    Job Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development role, in digital advertising, or relevant industries is essential.
    • Solid relationships with direct advertisers, app developers and ad agencies in the mobile advertising industry experience in METAP area.
    • Fluent in business English is a must. Able to speak Arabic will be a plus.
    • Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients.
    • Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.
    • Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/medias/inventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers.
    • 10-20% traveling required.
