5.Manage the operations and maintenance team to ensure timelyproduction and distribution to quality standards, highstandardization and optimal production costs.

6.Responsible for developing and implementing annual operatingplans.

7. Supervises the development andimplementation of capital spending plans.

8.Review cost reports to find excess expenses and take necessarycorrective measures.

9. Preparing short andlong-term development plans.

10. Setting goalsthat reflect continuous improvement in factoryoperations.

11. Proactively manage employeehealth and safety to improve the company's performance inthe areas of health and safety. 12. Training and development ofsupervisors to provide depth of management; Providing motivationand promoting professional development for allemployees.

13. Review requests and make decisionsregarding the purchase of new equipment andsupplies.

14. Participate directly in laborrelations, including handling complaints; Member of the contractnegotiation team.
