- Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest;
- Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment);
- Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assists with daily briefings;
- Participate in enrolling hotel guests into IHG rewards program and assist with all inquiries;
- Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries;
- Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest;
- Responsible for all other ad hoc duties.
