    • Manages Check in and out for all hotel guest;
    • Manages all transaction (Cash, Cheque and Electronic payment);
    • Manages scheduling for front office, inventory management and assists with daily briefings;
    • Participate in enrolling hotel guests into IHG rewards program and assist with all inquiries;
    • Handle and anticipate all hotel guests enquiries;
    • Responsible for the creation of profile into the system for all hotel guest;
    • Responsible for all other ad hoc duties.
