    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Buyer to join our growing team.

    As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our clients.

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality products and services at competitive prices.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in identifying the procurement needs of our clients and developing procurement plans
    • Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
    • Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for our clients
    • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
    • Work closely with the procurement team to maintain accurate records and documentation of all purchases
    • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet our clients' needs
    • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
    • Participate in supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships
    • Keep uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • 12 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
    • Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and regulations is a plus
