We are looking for aExperienced and Hardworking B2B Driver cum Salesman for Selling Freshflowers with minimum 2 years UAE experience with Valid UAE manual driving License to join our team
As a Fresh Flower Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the floral industry.
Principal Accountabilities:
Key Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, needs, and goals to identify opportunities for upselling, crossselling, and longterm partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Business Development:
- Prospect and acquire new customers in the floral industry, including florists, event planners, wedding venues, and retail stores.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively showcase our products, pricing, and value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable contracts while maintaining customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to the management team regarding market conditions, competitors, and customer preferences.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive, preferably within the floral industry or related field.
- Proven experience dealing with clients such as : Flowers retail stores, Retail (décor), Restaurants, Events Organizers.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the floral industry, including flower varieties, seasonal trends, and customer preferences is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
