We are seeking adedicated and experienced Project Superintendent (PS) to lead,organize, and oversee both field and administrative operations forour projects.

In this role, you will offer technical expertise,ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, productivity, profitability,and overall work quality, including self-performed tasks. You willset productivity objectives, evaluate performance, manage labor,materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities, and potentiallysupervise field superintendents. This position features progressivelevels, reflecting growing skills andexperience

Project Superintendent I Managesless complex projects up to $20 million with around 3-5 years ofexperience in the role.

Project SuperintendentII Handles medium-scale projects ranging from $20 million to $50million, requiring approximately 5-10 years ofexperience.

KeyResponsibilities

Collaborate with the ProjectManager to assess shop drawings, submittals, subcontract changeorders, and purchase orders.

Work alongsidethe Project Manager to formulate the project management plan (PMP),encompassing scope, procurement, environment, time, finances,quality, safety, and risk.

Lead weeklycoordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors, whilepreparing daily field statusreports.

Coordinate documentation ofconstructability concerns, potential design conflicts, andclarifications with relevantpersonnel.

Develop and manage the constructionplan for successful work execution.

Ensureadherence to contract terms and conditions, drivingprofitability.

Foster positive relationshipswith clients, teams, and stakeholders for a successful projectenvironment.

Oversee field operations,ensuring project success in terms of safety, schedule, quality,profitability, and clientsatisfaction.

Maintain and update the originalCPM Project Schedule, integrating LEAN processes and Weekly WorkPlans.

Identify, prevent, and manage claims,taking timely actions to mitigate theirimpact.

Provide leadership to project teammembers and subcontractors, driving relentless projectexecution.

Develop and implement ProjectQuality Management and Safety plans, aligning with standards withinthe project management plan (PMP).

Ensuretimely completion of punch lists, facilitating system startup andcommissioning as per ownerrequirements.


Minimum JobRequirements
Possesses strongcommunication, organizational, and supervisoryskills.

Hold a four-year engineering degree orequivalent technicaltraining/experience.

Exhibit comprehensiveconstruction knowledge encompassing technology, equipment, methods,negotiations, engineering, cost control, scheduling, andsafety.

Demonstrate relevant projectsupervision experience in similar facilitytypes.
