Job Title:
Senior Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan Team Leader)

The Senior Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Should have at least experience managing a team of 5 agents minimum.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide guidance and assistance to the sales team.
  • Assess clients' needs and preferences and suggest suitable properties
  • Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients in every stage of the process, from property inspections to financing and closing deals

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree
  • Valid real estate license, required
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent team leader
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations, market trends, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
