    Key Responsibilities
    Application Engineering Support (60%)
    Provide swift accurate technical support to customers including distributors contractors and OEMs for refrigeration and cold chain solutions.
    Assist customers with product selection software heat load calculations refrigerant line sizing electrical component selection and system design queries.
    Support the transition of customers from semi‑hermetic to scroll compressor technologies.
    Develop and maintain technical libraries application bulletins catalogs user manuals and cross‑reference documents with competitor products.
    Engage customers on alternate refrigerants and explore new regional applications.
    Lead NBO (New Business Opportunities) for refrigeration products in collaboration with the Sales team.
    Technical Training (20%)
    Develop and manage a technical training calendar and prepare technical materials.
    Deliver training sessions (theoretical and hands‑on) for customers on controllers protections and system components used in refrigeration systems.
    Manage resources tools and facilities required for training activities.
    Quality & Warranty Management (20%)
    Manage warranty claims related to refrigeration products such as condensing units compressors and compressor packs.
    Provide troubleshooting and on‑site technical support for critical issues.
    Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using data logging and field diagnostics.
    Conduct compressor teardown analysis and collaborate with manufacturing teams on product performance feedback.
    Analyze warranty data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
    What We're Looking For
    Education & Experience
    Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
    8–10 years experience in HVACR design projects service technical support or training with strong refrigeration focus.
    Skills & Competencies
    Strong understanding of thermodynamics refrigeration systems and electrical components.
    Practical knowledge and hands‑on experience in refrigeration applications and troubleshooting.
    Strong collaboration and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software tools.
    Additional Requirements
    Willingness to travel across the MEA region as required.
    Ability to work outside typical office environments when necessary.
    Commitment to Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
