    We are seeking a professional and friendly Front office executive with social media marketing expertise to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and social media marketing tasks.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Greet and welcome guests and visitors.
    Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
    Ensure reception area

    pantry and office premises are tidy and presentable.
    Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email.
    Receive sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.


    Social Media Responsblities :
    Oversee all the companys social media accounts.
    Manage and improve online content considering SEO and Google Analytics.

    Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channelsGood knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practiceshandson experience with SEO/SEM Google Analytics Requirements :2 years experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or digital marketingProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHandson experience with office equipmentProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsMultitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeWork location
