    Description
    • Establish Project Quality team andorganization, develop Project Quality Plan, identify key proceduresand monitorimplementation.
    • Preparationof project quality plan with details on quality practices,resources and sequence of activities relevant to a particularcontract/project.
    • Review/approve Quality Audit schedule for each project encompassing thespecific projectrequirements.
    • Appraisevendor's capability to provide suitableproduct/service.
    • Convenepre-inspection meetings and approve inspection and test plan andprocedures.
    • Ensure properplanning for inspection activities. Ensure availability of allnecessary documents at inspection release and implement suitablecorrectiveactions.
    • Maintain cordialrelationship with Client Representative and ensure that clientquality requirements are understood, agreed andfulfilled.
    • Ensure projectKPI's are defined, measured, monitored and actionsimplemented for any identifiedgap.
    • Monitor and analyzeCustomerSatisfaction.
    • Analyzequality information (audit results, process / productnon-conformities, feedback etc.) and identify corrective andpreventiveactions.
    • Conductmanagement review of the quality management system and monitorimplementation of management reviewactions.
    • Control and thedistribution of all the companies qualitydocumentation.
    • Monitor allquality related activities on theproject.
    • Ensure allinternal and external audits are carried out asplanned.
    • Verify contractorquality requirements are specified to vendors and contractordocumentationsubmittals.
    • Attend allpre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with theproject bidders.
    • Attendclient quality managementmeetings.
    • Ensure theproject quality system management documentation prior to projectcommencement areprepared.
    • Ensure thedisposition of all issued non-conformancereports.
    • Ensure theprogress and effectiveness of the project quality managementsystem. Recommend and implement improvements whenrequired.
    • Coordinate allQA/QC activities with the site QCManager.
    • Coordinate allquality related correspondence with the customersrepresentatives.
    • Compilemonthly reports and submit to QualityDirector.
    • Monitorstatistical method reporting, monthlyKPIs.
    • Ensure all customercomplaints closedappropriately.
    • Control allarchived documentation upon the completion of theproject.
    • Manage a multidiscipline team of QA/QC personnel. Align the quality resourceswith business needs and assure effective coverage of theproject.
    • Review qualityinspection personnel qualifications and trainingrequirements
