    Our client a Managed IT company in North Yorkis in search of a Service Coordinator who can deliver exceptionalcustomer service to their clients.     JobDescription:

    Are you ambitious, organized, and astrong communicator? Our client is one of the fastest growing ITSupport companies in the GTA. Our Service Coordinator isresponsible for all non-technical and 1st level technical SupportDesk tasks. Responsible for the coordination, support, managementand execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive activities toensure outstanding client support. These activitiesinclude

    communicating with clients andvendors.

    Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

    Handle incomingcalls/emails/tickets to support our clients

    Communicate directly with clients to provide status updates ornecessary follow-up

    Communicate and workdirectly with vendors to ensure client issues areresolved

    Monitor incoming incidents reported atthe Service Desk and route appropriately to

    respective teams

    Basic 1st leveltroubleshooting and issue resolution

    Clearlydocument issues and solutions

    Assist theService Desk to help meet all SLA requirements and exercise anownership

    mentality toward customer needs,showing respect and consideration to all team

    members and contributing improvements where possible to ITService Desk operations

    and processes

    Collaborate with team and Service Desk Manager to assessprocess improvement

    opportunities, assess tools,etc. to improve Support operations

    Keep managerinformed of issues that may impact the organization

    Send out customer communication

    Requirements:

    Comfort with Windowsdesktop and Microsoft Office Suite

    Ability tograsp new technology

    Ability to follow standardoperating procedures

    Ability tomulti-task

    Strong organizationalskills

    Experience working in a customer facing(in-person or remotely) role

    Exceptionalcustomer service and communication skills (includingC-level)

    Ability to set and manage clientexpectations

    The ability to work effectively ina fast-paced environment

    Strong time managementskills

    Attention to detail and strong desire tolearn
