    Job Description

    To manage the preparation of contractual documents including and not limited to draft, negotiate, and finalize technical and commercial inputs and terms & conditions that meet RFP/ RFI/RFQ requirements and consistent with Contract Management policy & procedures.


    · Conduct meetings with concerned departments and/or program/project teams to discuss the customer requirements and/or interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI to gather the technical requirements of the requested services and provide high level risks associated with pre- contract award administration

    · Participate as a member in the Tender/Bids Opening, Evaluation and Negotiation Committee and provide Contract life-cycle management support for the projects undertaken by the organization.

    · Analyze the final scope of services, identify contract administration risk, and manage the implementation of risk mitigation measures specific to technical & commercial aspects.

    · Finalize technical & commercial terms & conditions for customer and supplier contracts/agreements in coordination with Program/Project Managers and Finance Department.

    · Finalize technical & commercial inputs for contracts and agreements for customers and suppliers including but not limited to NDA's, Project Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Supply Agreements, Services Agreements, etc. (as and when required).

    · Participate in meetings with customers and suppliers to negotiate the technical & commercial contract with the concerned Program/Project Managers, Senior Legal Counsel and Finance Department.

    · Coordinate with Program/Project Managers and Finance Department to negotiate and finalize the program/project specific insurance and ensure issuance of insurance certificate before the beginning of the program/project.

    · Finalize responses to customer and supplier regarding contract deviations, modification technical & commercial terms & conditions etc.

    · Ensure effective management of all relevant contract-related correspondence and documentation as per the quality management and information security policy.



    Requirements

    Bachelor degree in Contract Management/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Legislative Law (LLB) or equivalent/ Master degree in Contract Management/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Legislative Law (LLB) or equivalent

    12 years of contract management experience in public/private sector organization/ Experience in contract management public/private sector defense engineering organization
