    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications or related field from an accredited university Maritime Academy or equivalent with minimum ten years of relevant experience in the onshore oil and gas.
    • Significant logistics experience with onshore Construction Contractors / onshore operators, with strong knowledge in supply chain management, good knowledge with marine transportation, road transport, air freight and freight at sea, custom and authorities clearances process.
    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of onshore oil and gas EPC projects, including procurement and logistics requirements specific to these projects.
    • Manage the procurement and logistics aspects related to the construction and execution phases of onshore projects.
    • Leverage expertise in the marine construction industry, particularly in onshore projects, ensuring a deep understanding of the unique challenges and logistics involved.
    • Apply extensive knowledge of supply chain management tailored to onshore oil and gas EPC projects, emphasizing efficient coordination of materials and equipment.
    • Showcase strong knowledge in various transportation modes relevant to onshore projects, including marine transportation, road transport, and air freight.
    • Demonstrate expertise in navigating customs and authorities clearances processes, incoterms understanding, specific to onshore projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
    • Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of Project Logistics Management Plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance with industry standards.
    • Familiarity with local regulations and practices.
    • Assume responsibility and accountability for assuring the large inventory workscope, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the procurement and logistics processes.
    • Coordinate closely with construction contractors, onshore operators, and other stakeholders to optimize procurement and logistics processes, ensuring seamless project execution.
    • Stay abreast of and adhere to regulatory requirements governing onshore oil and gas projects, providing guidance on compliance matters to the project team.
    • Develop and implement strategies for mitigating risks associated with logistics, particularly in the context of onshore projects, to ensure uninterrupted project flow.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all procurement and logistics documentation, maintaining thorough records to facilitate auditing and compliance checks.
    • Collaborate effectively with project teams, including engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, to align procurement and logistics strategies with project goals.
