نحن نبحث عن مرشح (عربي)مؤهل لشغل وظيفة مشرف سوبر ماركت في سوبر ماركت في الشارقة.

المتطلبات:

- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو السوبر ماركت.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل مع الموردين والزبائن.
- لباقة في الحديث وقدرة على التفاعل الإيجابي مع العملاء.
- مظهر لائق واحترافي.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

- إدارة أقسام المتجر وضمان توفير المنتجات بشكل منظم.
- التفاعل مع الموردين وإجراء عمليات المشتريات بكفاءة.
- تقديم المساعدة والمشورة للعملاء وضمان رضاهم.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وتنظيم عمليات الإعداد للمبيعات اليومية.
- العمل ضمن الفريق لضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years of experience in retail or supermarket management.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.

Excellent communication skills with suppliers and customers.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.

A professional and presentable appearance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing store departments and ensuring organized product availability.

Interacting efficiently with suppliers and handling procurement operations.

Providing assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

Monitoring inventory levels and organizing daily sales preparation processes.

Collaborating within the team to achieve sales targets

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
