- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Production Manager.
- Strong Leadership and Management skills.
- Previous experience and ability to manage a production workforce of delivering both bespoke and mass production, high end joinery & furniture.
- Have excellent technical knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Should be enthusiastic / passionate and preferably come from a joinery background.
- Quality and Safety driven.
