Responsibilities:

Use internal CRM and/or line of business software to update lead statuses and handling potential clients over the phone to further qualify them for programs.

Organize contacts and administer all CRM efforts.
Coordinate presales efforts as may be required by the sales team.
Follow up on leads and other contacts as may be required.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events as may be


Requirements:
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingUniversity Degree in Marketing, Business or similarTeam player, collaborative, reliable, flexible and cooperative with a high level of dedication;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Previous experience as a Relationship Manager will be considered a plusFluent English and additional language would be preferredNationals from India, Pakistan, African Countries, ME Countries
