    Responsibilities:

    Customer Interaction:

    • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels to provide information and assistance.
    • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

    Order Processing:

    • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.

    Problem Resolution:

    • Identify and escalate issues that require additional attention to the appropriate team or supervisor.
    • Propose solutions and alternatives to resolve customer problems effectively.

    Upselling and Cross-Selling:

    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer s shopping experience.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

    Communication :

    • Maintain clear and positive communication with customers, colleagues, and other internal teams.
    • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve overall service quality.

    Documentation:

    • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the system.
    • Generate reports as needed to track customer service metrics.

    Adherence to Policies:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Uphold standards for customer service excellence.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
    • Proven 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderately heavy items.
