- Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through digital channels to provide information and assistance.

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Proven 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderately heavy items.
