Mortgage Advisor

Emaar business park, Dubai

-Responsibilities

To achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build new customer.
Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re

- submission if any.

To provide sales MIS and Daily reports to Sales Manager on regular basis.
To provide ongoing customer / market feedback to Sales Manager to improve business.
To build and maintain effective business relationship with Real Estate brokerage/ market.
To capitalize oncross selling opportunities.
To perform additional duties, if assigned so by management
Requires good Convincing and negotiating skills in view
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide ongoing support and advice throughout the mortgage process
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services

Qualifications

Preferably University Degree
Minimum 1year experience in selling mortgage products
Banking / brokerage
Russian speaker ONLY
Excellent speaking English
Advanced computer skills including MS office.
