As a General Practitioner - Functional Medicine, you will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care and promoting optimal health and well-being through an integrative and holistic approach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages with a focus on functional medicine
    • Perform detailed assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
    • Develop personalized treatment plans based on the principles of functional medicine, considering lifestyle factors, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other relevant factors
    • Prescribe medications, supplements, and other interventions as necessary
    • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care
    • Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their healthcare journey
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
    • Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of functional medicine
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and overall care delivery

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner
    • Specialization or certification in Functional Medicine
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care, preferably with a focus on functional medicine
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of functional medicine
    • Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
    • Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and provide patient-centered care
    • Empathy and compassion towards patients
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
    • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
