Responsibilities:


  • Handle the physical installation of audiovisual equipment and accessories at client locations.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues, including installation technicians, representatives, and project managers, ensuring proper functioning of our products.
  • Conduct equipment commissioning, perform tests, and validate installations according to industry standards.
  • Ensure the performance and functionality of audiovisual systems through regular maintenance and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Assists in presales activities, estimation, and technical proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to prepare, develop, and execute mandates effectively.
  • Serve as a representative of XYZ Cultural Technology for both customers and suppliers.
