    • Supporting the user communitywhich also includes scheduled training on applications to the usercommunity
    • Responsible for configuring /customizing Maximo application asrequired
    • Responsible for configuring Kronosapplication as per HR Policies
    • Responsible forapplication testing and driving UAT sessions for Maximo andKronos
    • Reviews current status of systemapplications and prepares recommendations for systemsimprovements
    • Performs system administrationactivities, which includes coordinating and managing theinstallation/patches, and configuration of Kronos devices, softwareand related application software upgrades
    • Toprovide Application services in the form of: Assisting End usercommunity at 1st level
    • Ability to manipulate,extract and validate data to create all necessary reports asrequired. Utilizing of reporting tool: IBM-BIRT Designing &maintaining workflows in line with the delegation ofauthority
    • Designing & maintaining StartCenters, KPI's, Dash Boards and Workflows
    • Managing user accounts related to MaximoKronos application (and the associated securityroles)
    • Managing Web Sphere (for Maximo) andJBoss (for Kronos) Application Servers
    • Ensuringthat provided data is uploaded to the repositoryaccurately
    • Conducting day-to-day administrationin Maximo and Kronos applications
    • Participatingand assisting requirements gathering related to Maximo and Kronosapplications
    • Supporting a variety of interfacesMaximo-Oracle, Maximo-MSAD, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF),Kronos-Oracle Troubleshoot and fix
    • Responsiblefor escalation to the technical team for infrastructure or databasesupport/issues
    • Responsible for escalation tothe application manager
