    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to understand business requirements and identifyopportunities for automation.
    • Design anddevelop intelligent automation solutions using industry-leadingtools and technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA),artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), naturallanguage processing (NLP), and others.
    • Build,configure, and deploy automation workflows and bots to automaterepetitive tasks and processes.
    • Conducttesting, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation solutions toensure reliability, scalability, andperformance.
    • Work closely with stakeholders togather feedback, iterate on automation solutions, and continuouslyimprove functionality and efficiency.
    • Documentdesign specifications, technical requirements, and implementationdetails for automation solutions.
    • Collaboratewith IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance withdata privacy, security, and governancestandards.

    EssentialQualifications And Skills

    • Bachelors degree in computer science,Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.
    • 0-2 years ofexperience in software development, with a focus on automation,scripting, or programming.
    • Understanding ofintelligent automation tools and platforms, such as UiPath,Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate,etc.
    • Proficiency in programming languagescommonly used for automation development, such as Python, Java, C#,or JavaScript.
    • Good understanding of automationconcepts, principles, and methodologies, including process mapping,workflow design, rule-based decision making,etc.
    • Knowledge of artificial intelligence,machine learning, natural language processing, and other relatedtechnologies is a plus.
    • Excellentproblem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues,identify root causes, and develop effectivesolutions.
    • Effective communication skills, withthe ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders.
    • Interpersonal, communication, andcollaboration skills to work with a complex userbase.
    • Pro-active in nature to complete task andresolve issues.
    • Candidate should be customerfocused.
