Description

we are looking for the following duties:
Answering and directing phone calls

Organizing and distributing messages

Maintaining company schedules

Organizing documents and files and preparing VAT reports

Documenting financial information

Maintaining and ordering office supplies and following logistic companies

Scheduling meetings and conferences

Assisting executives with project tasks and working on offers and familiarizations with ARIBA

Coordinating with other teams with customers

Implementing administrative procedures


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Experience:

- secretary: 1 year (preferred)

- admin or secretarial: 2 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
