The People Analytics & Insights function is responsible for delivering insights and solutions to PwC Leadership across a number of key people areas, including:employee performance, learning & development, retention, and engagement.
As a People Analytics and Insights Manager at PwC, you will work with data scientists and analysts to transform complex people data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Lead and manage a team of analysts, overseeing the analysis of people data to provide meaningful reporting and extract valuable, actionable insights.
Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for HR and firm leadership.
Clearly articulate complex data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner, tailored to the audience.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organisation, advocating for the use of empirical evidence in decision-making processes.
Mentor and develop team members, building analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset across the wider team.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in people analytics and recommend innovations to enhance analytical capabilities.
Develop a methodology for assessing and responding to people data requests Preferred Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., R,
Python,Alteryx,
Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a commitment to developing team members.
An understanding of HR processes, people data, and how they impact business outcomes.
Compliance with prevailing ethical standards
Understanding of professional services firms and business models
Additional Job Description - Minimum Experience
5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience in people analytics or HR is desirable
