Planning and Inventory Analyst in Sacoor Brothers is responsible for managing inventory, developing and implementing inventory control systems, coordinating with logistics for stock reconciliations, brand team for purchase requisition and near-expiry stock management.

The role also manages the team of inventory accountants and supports stock audits.


Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends, inventory levels and customer demand to make informed recommendations for inventory levels.
Develop and implement inventory plans that balance customer demand, sales targets and financial objectives.
Monitor inventory levels, anticipating and preventing stock shortages.
Work with suppliers and Freight Forwarders to ensure that inventory is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Monitor and evaluate inventory performance and make adjustments to plans as needed.
Weekly planning and submission of production budget to utilize and prioritize shipments based on the commercial plan and shipping dates


Requirements:

Associates Degree or equivalent4+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply planningProven experience working with retail, FMCG, distributors or other similar industriesStrong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Data driven project experience, with a strong acumen for numbers.
