Pastry chef requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in the Pastry section.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools, and processes
- Ability to multitask
- Time management skills
- Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
- Assist in the overseeing and directing of all aspects of the pastry production.
