Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Attorney who will provide legal advice and representation to our company regarding Real Estate transactions.

Your role includes reviewing and drafting contracts, leases, and purchase agreements, as well as advising on legal matters related to employees, vendors and third-party agreements.


DUTIES:

  • Representation in disputes related to Real Estate, such as: property ownership, leasing agreements (Ejari, Tasdeeq etc.), and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) disputes.
  • Provide legal advice in property management matters, including lease negotiations, lease renewals, and tenant evictions.
  • Review and advise on contracts for employees, third-party entities, vendors, and clients.
  • Provide guidance on structuring Joint Venture transactions to minimize legal risks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year experience as a qualified Lawyer in any jurisdictions (local experience preferred).
  • Fully bilingual in English & Arabic (Must).

Pay:
AED4,000.00 per month
