    JOB DESCRIPTION The primary function of a Store Assistant is to oversee a team of staff members. He is also responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times. Store Assistant responsibility includes Insuring that all the Materials quantities on shelves received and Issued is matching with the daily records and production request related. Imparting training and guidance to new and existing employees for multiple products and its features and creating improvements in performance levels for all employees within an organization. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Analyze shipment logs
    • Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
    • Track inventory levels
    • Order new supplies in a timely manner
    • Constantly work to improve processes
    • Make suggestions for productivity and products setting (Storing) improvements
    • Optimize employee and helper workflow
    • Communicate and collaborate with other team members
    • Train guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
    • Reporting for the Damaged goods which is in floor ( Reasonable )
    • Reporting for the returns which is received from our customers (reasonable by Sales Dept.)
    • Ensure the hygiene of the stores (FG & RM).
    • Checking for the loading of products and the quality and Ensure that theres no observations
    • Before delivering to customers.
    • Train guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
    • Reporting for the Damaged goods which is in floor ( Reasonable )
    QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
    • Minimum of 12 years of working experience is required.
    • Job Specific Skills: Process Improvement Analytical problem solving & accurate documentation/ reporting
