The Casting Director will work closely with the Director and Producer to identify and secure the perfect talent for each role.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and requirements for each characterDevelop and implement a comprehensive casting strategy to find the best actors for the projectConduct casting sessions, auditions, and callbacks to assess the suitability of actorsProvide guidance and feedback to actors during the audition processNegotiate contracts and deals with agents and actorsCoordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient casting processRequired Skills and Experience:Proven track record of successful casting for feature films or high-profile projectsExtensive knowledge of the acting community and talent agenciesStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPassion for storytelling and a keen eye for talentFamiliarity with Dubai's cultural context and the ability to cast diverse actorsIf you are a driven and experienced Casting Director ready to bring this compelling story to life, we'd love to hear from you.
