- To ensure that the outlet ismanaged efficiently according to the established conceptstatements.
- To ensure that all operatingstandards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of serviceestablished in the Departmental OperationsManual.
- To assign responsibilities tosubordinates and to check their performanceperiodically.
- To be on the floor at alltimes.
- To assist in the operations during busyperiods.
- To ensure that the par stocks for alloperating equipment and supplies are strictly adhered to and thatthe outlet is adequately equipped.
- To assist inconducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment andsupplies.
- To assist in controlling therequisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipmentand supplies
- To attend Daily Operations Meetingin the absence of the Outlet Manager or Assistant OutletManager
- To ensure that the outlet is keptcleaned and organized, both at the front and back area aswell.
- To liaise and organize with Housekeepingand Stewarding Departments that the established cleaning schedulesare strictly adhered to.
- To conduct dailypre‐shift briefings to ambassadors on preparation, service andmenu.
- To liaise with the Kitchen and Beveragedepartment on daily operation and quality.
- Tohandle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food,beverage and service.
- To establish a rapportwith guests maintaining good customerrelationship.
- To ensure that the outletcashiering procedures are strictly adheredto.
- To assist in the revision and updating ofthe outlet Departmental Operations Manual as and whenrequired.
- To assist in planning and organizingfestive food promotions with the outlet manager andassistant.
