Review all Project Design Stages from Concept to Detailed to ensure compliance to project design intent and business requirement.

Utilising contract specifications and drawings and in conjunction with other members of the project team to ensure that the completed project is delivered to the required defined quality standard.

The completion of this activity will result in the issuance of a Completion Certificate for the project.
Responsible with the project team to monitor costs and prepare and manage actions to maintain cost targets.
Maintains project progress records for inclusion with overall project reporting. This will include procuring these reports from other members of the project team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a position of leadership.

Sound knowledge in ELV systems and DEWA, Civil Defence standards and regulationsHe/She should have minimum of 7-8 years' experience in the direct management of large, complex real estate projects with responsibility for site analysis, permitting and approvals, budget control, estimating, design, construction and project management.

The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably an Electrical EngineerProfessional registration and experience with ground up new construction preferred.
