    Responsibilities

    Asour Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ourgrowth and success. Your responsibilities will include

    • Developing and executing acomprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the talent acquisitionneeds of our manufacturing division.
    • Buildingstrong partnerships with business leaders to understand theirhiring needs and ensure alignment with our growthstrategies.
    • Streamlining the recruitmentprocess to improve efficiency andeffectiveness.
    • Managing relationships withexternal recruitment agencies to augment our talent acquisitionefforts.
    • Implementing innovative sourcingstrategies to attract top talent in the technologyindustry.
    • Promoting our employer brand toattract high-quality applicants.
    • Conductingregular reporting on recruitment metrics to leadershipteam.
    • Driving continuous improvementinitiatives in our recruitment processes.

    Qualifications

    Theideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker with astrong track record in talent acquisition within a manufacturingsetting. The required qualifications include

    • A minimum of 5 years of corporaterecruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturingindustry.
    • Proven experience in recruiting forboth corporate and manufacturingroles.
    • Demonstrated ability to partner withbusiness leaders to assess growth needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies.
    • Solid experience instreamlining hiring strategies to improve efficiency andeffectiveness.
    • Proven track record in managingrelationships with externalagencies.
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation anddecision-making skills.
    • A bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
