We are opening a new office in the United Arab Emirates and offer you to join out team and build a new company office together as an Air Freight Forwarder

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishment and development of air freight services - both import and export related to the UAE region;
• Processing of requests, organization and control of the whole process of air freight transportation;
• Communication with the real Customer concerning the organization and management of international cargo transportation (air freight);
• Communication with the transport Suppliers, clarification of transportation details;
• Making quotes under all the requests and Order Releases when Ordered;
• Creation of transport orders in internal company systems;
• Participation in tender preparations if needed.

REQUEREMENTS:

• 3+ years of proven experience with air freight transportation within the freight forwarding industry;
• Profound knowledge of the UAE market;
• Experience with the organization of "door to door" air freight transportation service;
• Experience with the direct communication with the Customer and transport Suppliers;
• High level of writing and speaking English;
• Broadminded, out of the box thinking and ability to find nonstandard solutions.
