Responsible for the effective management of the day-to-day operation of the office.Requirements:
Must be in UAE and willing to relocate in RAK
Preferred with at least 1 year of real estate Admin experience in UAE
A driving license is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Refresh property listings on all portals.
- Attend to all staff inquiries, i.e. Listing Reference Numbers and other questions.
- Data Entry
- Input Clients / Contacts on CRM
- Sellers / Buyers / Landlords / Tenants.
- Leads allocation via CRM.
- Check all nonmanaged upcoming rental/sale properties
- Ensure all rental/sales listings, leads and deals are up to date and note on CRM
- Prepare key log for all nonmanaged units.
- Prepare the Municipality Tenancy Contract and submit the same for attestation
- Handle Daily Time Sheet Attendance via HR Software
- Ensure all office visitors are welcomed and attended to in a professional manner.
- Ensure Office cleanliness at all times.
- Change featured listings on CRM, Website, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut as per the updated portal list.
- Updating and sending the Weekly Statistics and Closed Deals to Agents
- Create a list of properties for the photographer, prepare keys, and add them to CRM.
- Make a list and buy grocery items required for the office.
- Prepare cash and cheque receipts for managed and nonmanaged units.
Job Types:

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

- Ras alKhaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
