This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive sales and provide technical support for our innovative software solutions.

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote Ceroen software products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional sales support and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding Workstair software products, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to showcase the features and benefits of our software.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers over the phone.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a customercentric approach to providing technical support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the software industry, is highly desirable.
