    Description

    Oversees and directs all aspects of the outlet's operations under the guidance and supervision of the Food and Beverage Senior Manager, to manage the F&B operations of a full- service immersive, themed Italian eatery, concentrated on ensuring an indelible guest experience, and coach and manage waitstaff for excellent table service and product knowledge.

    This position works alongside the F&B Senior Manager/ Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine to meet the department's Strategic Targets. Draws up direct reports and maintains health and safety standards in the department.

    Job Scope:

    • Manage the F&B outlets / Restaurant's Daily Operations.
    • Monitor and ensure implementation of standard operating procedures of the Restaurant.
    • Focus on Service Excellence in line with Theme, Storyline, and Concept designed for an Immersive Dining Experience worthy of our Theme Parks.
    • Maintain Food and Beverage Organoleptic Quality,
    • Take efficient measures to ensure prompt, accurate and personalized service to all guests to achieve high guest satisfaction levels.
    • Handle all complaints generously, efficiently, and according to the Miral Experience guidelines.
    • Maintain adequate staffing levels, recruit, train, coach, develop and schedule Colleagues as needed.
    • Conduct Performance Appraisals, set Objectives, KPIs and help Direct Reports achieve them.
    • Implement and execute the F&B Strategy and Tactical Initiative to achieve financial targets of the Restaurant.
    • Review financial reports and statements to monitor Restaurant's performance against budgets.
    • Work with the F&B Operations and Corporate teams to determine areas of concern and to offer solutions to improve the Restaurant's performance.
    • Contribute to establishing realistic and achievable goals for the Restaurant in line with Park and Corporate Teams
    • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment that is compliant with local regulations (ADAFSA) and international (HACCP) best practices.
    • Ensure food safety and hygiene measures are implemented.
    • Communicate new or amended procedures within the department to keep the outlets updated with changes.
    • Attend company learning and development programs and training.
    • Plan and organize internal and external special events.
    • Manage emergency situations that may arise to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any guests, colleagues, or company property.
    • Contribute through F&B to departmental and company objectives, action plans and KPIs.
    • Communicate relevant information with colleagues to improve internal communication within the department and company.
    • Ensures working discipline and smooth teamwork between service and other departments.
    • Help with the end-of-month or end-of-year inventory in his area of responsibility.
    • Motivate colleagues through the effective implementation of incentive and recognition and rewards programs.
    • Report safety concerns or incidents to management to minimize risk and maintain a clean safe environment.
    • Abide by UAE laws, health, safety & environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations.
    • Communicate relevant information with colleagues to improve internal communication within the department and company.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluency in Italian language is a must
    • College Degree in Management or Hospitality
    • Food Hygiene and HACCP Certification
    • Solid Knowledge of Full-Service Restaurants Service
    • 5 Years experience in Food and Beverage Operations
    • 2 Years in F&B Management
    • Computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
    • English proficiency verbal and written.
