- Adhere to the Al Tayer Insigniaapproved salaries and benefits grid set for eachposition.
- Determine sourcing strategies toreach the widest pool of applicantspossible.
- Advertise vacancies using Taleo andapproved external resources. (Social media channels and otherplatforms).
- Conduct pre-screening, shortlisting and selecting of potentialapplicants.
- Carry out interview process as perAl Tayer Group interview and selection policy andprocedures.
- Co-ordinate and manage the postinterview feedback with department hiringmanager.
- Conduct reference checks on allsuitable candidates in compliance with companypolicy.
- Co-ordinate selection tests andassessments with departmental hiringmanager.
- Manage mass hiring recruitment eventswhen required.
- Ensure policies are followed andthe correct procedure is followed to seek approvals and anyexceptions required.
