    • Review the approved Al TayerInsignia budget with the HRBP and drive the hiring processaccording.
    • Adhere to the Al Tayer Insigniaapproved salaries and benefits grid set for eachposition.
    • Determine sourcing strategies toreach the widest pool of applicantspossible.
    • Advertise vacancies using Taleo andapproved external resources. (Social media channels and otherplatforms).
    • Conduct pre-screening, shortlisting and selecting of potentialapplicants.
    • Carry out interview process as perAl Tayer Group interview and selection policy andprocedures.
    • Co-ordinate and manage the postinterview feedback with department hiringmanager.
    • Conduct reference checks on allsuitable candidates in compliance with companypolicy.
    • Co-ordinate selection tests andassessments with departmental hiringmanager.
    • Manage mass hiring recruitment eventswhen required.
    • Ensure policies are followed andthe correct procedure is followed to seek approvals and anyexceptions required.
