Job Summary:

You'll help a manager make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide managers with day-to-day administrative support.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.

  • Liaising with internal departments and clients, suppliers, and other staff, answering calls, and making VISA & travel arrangements.
  • Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings.


1- 3 to 5 Years of experience in this domain.

2- Strong organizational skills.

3- Excellent Communication Skills.

4- Strong Time Management capabilities.

5- Familiar with Office software.

6- Highly Adaptable and Flexible.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Executive Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
