Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in ProjectManagement, Architecture, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience asa Project Manager in the UAE.
• Proven trackrecord in mid-range commercial projects, specifically in hotels,commercial spaces, villas, andsupermarkets.
• Strong understanding of fit-outand interior designprocesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning andExecution:
   • Develop and executecomprehensive project plans for mid-range commercialprojects.
   • Ensure projects are completed ontime, within scope, and withinbudget.
2. StakeholderCoordination:
   • Collaborate withinternal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects,contractors, and subcontractors.
   • Maintaineffective communication channels to ensure project objectives areunderstood andmet.
3. CommercialProject Expertise:
   • Demonstrate astrong track record of successfully managing projects in the UAEwithin the mid-range commercial sector, including hotels,commercial spaces, villas, andsupermarkets.
4. Fit-outand Interior Design:
   • Possessin-depth knowledge and experience in fit-out and interior designprocesses.
   • Oversee and coordinate designimplementation, ensuring alignment with projectrequirements.
5. Civil,Architectural, and MEPCoordination:
   • Coordinate civil,architectural, and MEP works seamlessly throughout the projectlifecycle.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatorystandards and quality controlmeasures.
6. Budgetand Resource Management:
   • Manageproject budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and costcontrol.
   • Implement strategies for costefficiency without compromising projectquality.
