    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the coordination and detailed documentation of designs, aligning with conceived concepts.
    • Receive technical requirements from site teams and verify that all necessary information is available for developing engineering solutions and deliverables.
    • Attend construction meetings with project site teams to discuss and resolve structural issues related to work execution.
    • Generate final architectural details and GA drawings to present to consultants and subcontractors for timely approval.
    • Assign documentation tasks and monitor the architectural team to provide engineering designs meeting project schedules.
    • Identify work items affecting work execution and advise project site teams to record these events for future claims.
    • Support and update site teams on engineering and detailing aspects, ensuring financial budgets and deadlines are met.
    • Provide consistent and constructible details in accordance with contract documents.
    • Coordinate between engineers and consultants on project details and work environments to ensure accurate drawings are received and referenced.
    • Attend coordination meetings with clients/engineers to discuss and resolve performance and maintenance issues related to completed building structures.
    • Review project specifications and particulars in progress, raising queries to consultants to ensure progress aligns with concepts and plans.
    • Distribute technical project documents (in/out) to relevant ARP team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely and coordinated actions.
    • Coordinate with materials suppliers and procurement departments to adhere to budget and time schedules.
    • Contribute to completion documentation preparation and manage the project close-out documentation process in line with contracts, ensuring comprehensive and timely submission of final documents for project handover.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
    • 8-12 years of relevant experience in a contracting company
    • Proven experience in leading architectural projects from concept to completion
    • Strong design skills and deep understanding of architectural principles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
    • Experience in the Middle East construction industry
