Job Responsibilities:

Welcome customers into the store/brand; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints.

Advise customers about promotions in store.
Deliver high brand knowledge at all times.

Demonstrating knowledge from trainings givenAs per the standards set out in the brand guideline, ensure product / hygiene guidelines and all brand values are lived.

Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves. Maintain the Minimum Display Quantities level and all aspects of brand VM guidelines.


Job Requirements:
You will be educated to High School Certification Level and Trained in basic Fragrance skillsYou will have 1 to 2 years retail sales or customer service experience
