Duties and Responsibilities
Leads in planning and implementing changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.

Performs complex storage and server installation, Configuration, data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.

Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

Performs complex software and operating system upgrades and track system licensing.

Configures security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.

Documents complex procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.

Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support

Participate in security management

Hands on skills on Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, Server security etc.,

Hand on experience in Patching and Patching software for servers and clients.

Hand on experience in Enterprise End point protection system for servers and clients

Knowledge of IT processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management

Good oral and written communications skills.

Fluency in English.

Independently handling of projects

Ability to adapt organization requirements, demands and innovation.

Being proactive with problem solving skills.


Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
