*Job Title: Cyber Security Trainer**Overview:

*Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive cybersecurity training curriculum based on industry standards and emerging threats.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals or groups, catering to varying skill levels.
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies to continuously enhance training materials.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to learners, addressing specific challenges or questions related to cybersecurity concepts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize training content based on organizational needs.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for improving cybersecurity practices within the organization.
*Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a focus on threat detection, incident response, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of evolving cybersecurity landscapes.
*Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Experience in ethical hacking or penetration testing.
  • Prior training or teaching experience.
