We are looking for anoperation coordinator with a good logistics background to pursuescaling our multifaceted and dynamic restaurant operations. Youwill also play a role in ensuring our operation capabilities arecontinuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business andour Talabat GO service by improving restaurant performance of thefull estate of our verticals and convenience vendors. Whats On Your Plate

• Trains vendors onpreparation time hygiene ready for pickup button usage e.t.c bothonline and onsite on a daily basis.
• Ensures & improves the restaurantsoperation on the defined metrics.
• Gathers market intelligence and identifiesgaps by onsite visits to vendors. Reports the market visitlearnings in a structured manner to the concerned teams.
• Updates preparationtime on TES vendors account setting on VBO as per managementguidelines.
• Supporton new product feature rollout vendor webinar and content creation
• Identify causes ofoperational issues as well as symptoms diagnosis and cure
• Collaborativeproblem solving with many different stakeholders in the business:Account management Driver operations Customer Service etc
• RestaurantPerformance Data Analysis & Reporting

What Did We Order

• Bachelors Degree
• 34 years experience in training operations orlogistics. food/grocery tech industry is highly desirable
• The ability toquickly adapt to new environment and systems so you can hit theground running
• Ahighly organized and detailoriented with an analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel andData Interpretation Skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Arabic Speaker ispreferred
• UAEdriving license is a must
