- Work in close cooperation with theKitchen and Stewarding as well as the Outlet Cashiers to ensure asmooth running operation
- Conduct regulartraining sessions with the assigned team in line with thedepartmental SOP's
- Monitor dutyschedules for the respective team
- Ensure theproper appearance and grooming of assignedemployees
- Work towards the timely set up of theassigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the mealsettings and in line with the openinghours
- Handle the welcome of arriving guests andtheir seating through the hostess and take over, if she is notavailable
- Maintain a professional and friendlyrelationship with the outlet patrons to ensure theirwell-being
- Familiar with the outlets menu,promotional activities and other relevant issues concerning theoutlet and the hotel
- Contribute to meet andmaximize the monthly revenue budget for the respectiveoutlet
